A new residential sanctuary by Fercopor, nestled beneath the tree canopy of Rua do Crasto in Foz do Porto — one of Porto's most sought-after and historic neighbourhoods, between the Douro river and the Atlantic coast.
Designed by architect José Carlos Cruz (FAUP, 1986), the building's lush façade treats the surrounding treetops as a second skin — an organic dialogue between architecture and nature. Two buildings, Green and Brown, offer 28 residences across three typologies, with expansive private gardens, generous interiors and balconies designed to dissolve the boundary between inside and out.
Nearby: Parque da Cidade, Parque Serralves, Hospital da Luz, international schools, Atlantic beaches and Porto's historic centre.
